If your website is not loading for you, you should check our Service Status page to see if we are currently experiencing any problems. Look for “Client Hosting”, if that is green then there isn't a problem with the servers & hosting infrastructure at the moment.

Have you registered your own domain name? If so, have you renewed it?

Have you paid your most recent hosting invoice to us? If not, please pay it ASAP to restore your hosting service

It could be a local network or ISP problem, have you tried viewing the website using a mobile network (disconnect from the WIFI)?

Finally, open a new support ticket with us using the “Support” section in the main navigation and we can look into it further.
